About Wild Soul 

Hello! I’m Immi, founder of Wild Soul and total nature lover, adventurer, runner and yogi!

I founded Wild Soul as a space where movement, strength, and connection come together in a way that feels natural and fulfilling. As a qualified holistic coach, yoga teacher, and movement specialist, I am passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and in tune with themselves.

I have a degree in geography and sport science from Loughborough University - my love for both nature and sport has been apparent throughout my life! I have a background is in elite athletics, outdoor education, personal training, reformer pilates and yoga, and over the years, I’ve found that a really wonderful approach, is one that balances both structure and enjoyment. Having competed in athletics before an injury changed my path, I learned to explore movement in new ways—ways that felt more sustainable, rewarding, and nourishing.

That journey led me to coaching, where I have worked with individuals from all backgrounds, from total exercise beginners to athletes, helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing in body, mind and soul. My philosophy is simple: movement should be enjoyable, accessible, and enriching. I created Wild Soul to provide a space where people can explore movement, build strength inside and out, and reconnect with themselves and importantly, the natural world around them!

We know that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a range of movement/practice styles and adventures, to help you cultivate that feeling of balance in a way that works for you!

We aim to be welcoming, and our classes, events and retreats are designed to fit different lifestyles and experience levels. Whether you’re new to movement and exploring or have years of practice, our community is here to support and inspire you.

Wild Soul Offerings

  • Yoga Classes & Courses

    Wild Soul, offers various styles of yoga classes and movement to cater to all levels from total beginner to advanced practitioners looking to further deepen and explore their practice! You can Join classes, in person, in and around Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, and join us for workshops and retreats held across the UK and overseas. I also private classes (small groups/1:1) for an even more personalised experience, designed specifically to your needs.

  • Community events & meet ups!

    From trail running to wild swimming, walking to surfing and workouts and saunas - our community mornings are held across the UK over various weekends in the year! Not only is this a great way to meet like minded wild souls, but to explore what’s on your doorstep! From the beautiful rolling hills of the peak district, to the wild and beautiful Exmoor, to cozy villages in the cotswolds, there’s something for everyone!
